Perth | luxury housing market among world’s best

Perth has been ranked among the top 23 cities in the world for luxury property market growth in Knight Frank’s latest Prime Global Cities Index. The quarterly index reports on movement in the top 5 per cent of the housing market across 45 cities globally.

Real Estate Institute of WA president Damian Collins said “it was great to see where Perth rated among the most expensive markets in the world”. Mr Collins also commented that “several luxury suburbs in Perth had defied the downturn” according to data collected by REIWA over the past 12 months.

Como and Mt Lawley were listed as two of the top 10 performing luxury suburbs in Perth.
