Retail is on the rise for WA
November 7, 2019
WA’s retail industry has officially had its strongest quarter of growth in over 6 years thanks to families fleeing to restaurants and cafes.
“We get a good mixture of both locals and tourists and also quite a lot of regulars, including families” said La Capannina general manager, Ricardo Zivillica whom boasted that the Scarborough beach precinct has been “really pumping” and has continued to do so into the month of October – “people nowadays are definitely more careful about what they spend – especially families with kids – but business has been picking up with the weather becoming warmer.”
If you have always dreamt of being a hop, skip and a jump from the ocean, then don’t sleep on the opportunity to view our upcoming development, ‘The Residence’. Located in the heart of Scarborough, you will be able to enjoy a nice walk along The Esplanade filled with cafes and restaurants or escape to the infamous beach for a soothing swim in the refreshing ocean. First Home Owners – you are eligible to get 75% off the stamp duty when buying a Residence apartment.
