Perth’s housing affordability – the best it’s been in years

Perth has one of the most affordable property markets of any capital city in Australia. A decline in housing values and a rise in household income over the past decade has led to Perth’s housing affordability being at its best in years, according to a report from ANZ and CoreLogic.
