Househunters flocking to the city of Adelaide

The city of Adelaide is the state’s most sought-after location in South Australia with 943 property sales recently recorded by the Land Services SA’s 2019 SA Property Market Overview.

Harris Real Estate agent Guy Measday commented that people were drawn to the convenience of city living and with new developments constantly emerging there were more properties for buyers to choose from. Adelaide also appeals to a broad spectrum of buyers with a wide range of properties on offer from modern apartments to older cottages.

“If you’re a young couple and work in the CBD it’s perfect, and Adelaide is a very easy city to get around compared to some other cities,” said Mr Measday, “There’s also a lot happening on weekends so it’s got a good feel to it.”
