Construction Update

It is exciting times at Griffin as several of our projects move into the construction phase over the coming months.

Last week we had the ground-breaking turning of the soil for our coastal living boutique development, The Residence.

Our builders Thomas Building and senior members of Griffin Projects Group met on site, shovel in hands, to formally kick off the construction of the project. Completion is set for mid 2021.

This unrivalled boutique project with 14 exclusive apartments is already 40% sold. This development features two distinct coastal colours schemes with high quality fixtures and fittings, high ceilings and stone bench tops nestled on Scarborough Beach Road, less than 1.5 km to the infamous foreshore.

Scarborough Beach is a renowned beachside suburb, home to WA’s famous beach culture and laid-back lifestyle which has recently received a $100 million revitalisation to restore the area to its former glory. The Esplanade is a lively all-ages hub of eateries, shops and entertainment injecting year round vibrancy into the area.
