Location is the number one factor when selecting an apartment for owner occupiers and investors according to 85% of respondents in recent research by Australian Apartment Advocacy. Location was closely followed by proximity to public transport, shops, restaurants and parks.  Key drivers for choosing apartment style living included security, lower maintenance and lifestyle.
