Perth is on the map for migrants

December 2, 2019

There has been an exciting development for migrants taking part in Australia’s regional migration program. Since mid-November, migrants are now able to choose Perth as their place to live and work for 3 years after which they are eligible to apply for permanent residency.

Slow population growth has been a main factor for Western Australia’s ongoing economic slump, however this scheme from the Federal Government will increase the number of skilled workers and students to the city which will create growth in the labour market and inject some much needed stimulus into the broader economy.

Bringing in more talented workers to our state will not only increase productivity, innovation and knowledge bases but allow us to boost a broad range of industries from housing and construction, through to retail, hospitality and more.

Griffin is very proud to announce that our great friends and business partners Jenny and Ni have achieved permanent residency after 3 years in Australia. They are so excited to be part of this great country and now call Perth their home.

 Congratulations!!!
