OVER 10% OF THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE IS COMPLETE

Griffin’s first energy efficient (clean technology) project, Reside on Money in the heart of Northbridge commenced construction in April.
In just a few short months, we have already completed over 10% of the construction phase.
To date, the site works have been constructing the foundations of the development, we have installed the in-ground services and concrete footings, followed by the concrete columns, lift and stair walls up to first floor slab level.
This week the perimeter walls of the development are being installed and construction of the mezzanine floor space (plant room) which will provide clean technology to the apartments.
The next and most exciting stage will be laying the ground floor slab officially bringing us to ground level and from here the building progresses vertically.
Griffin are very excited about this project and look forward to bringing you further updates as construction progresses.
