Griffin Projects Group developed a successful project this year in the emerging residential suburb of Butler with building successfully completed in April.

The expansive block of land was purchased, developed and sold in an eleven-month timeframe, transforming the empty block into a two-storey complex with eight retail units. Griffin partnered with BOX architects and Thomas Building for the construction, and all units were successfully sold before construction was complete.

Several retail outlets are up and running; consisting of a medical centre, barber, Poolwerx shop and a florist. The interiors are currently underway for a spacious serviced office.

The Butler Medical Centre is the main attraction of Griffin’s new development due to its attractive outlet, grand corner location, and the high demand for medical services in the area.

The property is located on Kingsbridge Boulevard, a vibrant distributor road running through Butler; abundant with local retailers, restaurants, cafes, banks, and a large Coles supermarket. Griffin’s Butler project is conveniently located near the main intersection of Marmion Ave, surrounded by retail complexes and directly facing a grand, peaceful lake.

Project manager, Brett Garrett stated the medical centre was “a necessary addition to the area, and an ideal compliment to the surrounding commercial tenancies.”
