Demolition completed for The Residence development

In an important step for The Residence development, demolition on the Scarborough site has officially been completed. In keeping with the council’s requests, we have left intact the deep-rooted tree bordering Scarborough Beach Road. We feel that this will further add to the beautification and street appeal of the project.
With this first stage completed, design detailing is well underway for the development. Our architects (Fratelle Group) and builder (Thomas Building) are currently working together to finalise the construction drawings.
The build contract with Thomas Building will be in place early in the second quarter of this year. With that in mind, we are also targeting construction to commence during that same period.
