Second + third floor slab complete (May 2025)
Since our last update in March, construction has progressed steadily at Coterie. The second and third floor slabs have now been successfully poured, marking important structural milestones.
Ground + first floor slab complete (March 2025)
The ground floor apartment slab and external walls have been completed to the ground floor. In addition, the first floor slab has also now been poured, marking a significant milestone in the construction process, and will provide the structural foundation for the subsequent levels to be built.
Construction Commenced (December 2024)
Significant progress has been made on construction. The water pumps and tanks have been built, the concrete lid has been poured and the soak wells have been installed. In addition, the pad footings for structural columns have been poured and back fill has commenced to reach ground floor level.
